This is a mantle clock based on a Charles Rennie Mackintosh design and features three wooden rosewood squares.

The mantle clock on the left has Rennie Mackintosh style numerals on a high quality giclée printed face which is behind glass. It is made in oak but it can also be made in ash, mahogany and American black walnut. See woods

 

The clock on the left has a top bar but it can be made without as seen on the right hand image. The right hand clock shows the Hill House face

I was commissioned to make this clock using a Rennie Mackintosh font. This was giclée printed onto high quality paper and put behind glass for protection. The base panel had four cut-out squares with a pendulum action behind.

The wood used was oak

Mackintosh Style Pillar Mantle Clock

This Mackintosh inspired mantle clock has nine individually cut legs. It is made in ash with rosewood decoration and a Mackintosh font face.

This clock was inspired by a visit to the Hunterian Mackintosh House in Glasgow. It is my interpretation of the mantle clock in the White Room, a simplified version of the Domino Clock with more modern lines.

In this example the face is a print using a Mackintosh style font placed behind glass and the wood used is Sycamore with Ebony dots on the 9 separate legs.

I can make it in any of the other woods I have available to your specifications.
