Damaged Items
If your items are damaged please take a photograph and email or phone me immediately.
Changed Your mind
If you are not completely happy with any items bought, please contact me before returning the item
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. If you would like a refund for the cost of the item, please contact me first.
- Postage and Packing. The item should be returned in the original packaging if possible or packaging of equivalent strength.
- Please note you will be required to pay for recorded delivery to return the item, and unfortunately this postage cost cannot be refunded.
Privacy
- Privacy I will not pass on your details to any third party, although I will keep any emails you send until the items you have ordered are processed and I keep the names and addresses of my customers in case of any problems encountered.
- I don’t send out any newsletters or promotional materials.
